Blake Hardcastle

Blake Hardcastle is the director of Baptist Student Ministry at the University of Delaware in Newark. He has served in this role for over 20 years with the primary responsibilities being sharing the gospel, discipling students, and connecting them to local churches.

Before campus ministry, Blake has worked as a substitute teacher, painter, waiter, food delivery guy, and even had a paper route.

He and his wife, Jenny, met in high school. The couple has three children, Nathan, Jack and Sam. All three are involved in basketball and baseball.

Blake spends the majority of his free time watching his kids play sports. The remaining free time is spent caring for their home or relaxing in a hammock. He also enjoys sports. His favorite teams are the Green Bay Packers, Baltimore Orioles, and Wisconsin Badgers.
