Jason has been an elder & the Teaching Pastor of Fellowship Bible Church in Peoria, Illinois, since November 2012. Previous to coming to Peoria, Jason & his family resided in the metropolitan area of St. Louis where Jason served as an Associate Pastor of New Community Church from 2000-2012. He & his wife Amber were married in 1997 & have three children. Jason is a student of Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he is currently pursuing a PhD in Systematic Theology. Jason also has the pleasure of writing for the MBTS resource For the Church and has written for the school's theological journal as well. He holds a Masters degree in Bible & Theology from Calvary Theological Seminary & a Bachelors degree in Bible & Student Ministries from Moody Bible Institute. Jason is an adjunct professor of Puebla Bible Seminary (Puebla, MX) and a member of the Evangelical Theological Society. He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, running & occasionally you’ll find him trying to bust a heel flip on his skateboard.
